Mathematics Standards in APEC Economies

APEC members differ in the degree of centralization of mathematics standards and other educational standards. Most APEC members have a central set of standards approved by the Ministry responsible for education. However, several APEC members, including Canada and the United States, do not have nationally-set standards, but each province/state determines their own.
